Expecting Kindness Childbirth Education:
My curriculum aims to educate couples using a physiologic/athletic approach to labor balanced with nurturing the emotional process of feeling comfortable and safe enough to give birth. My Doula Services are centered within my deeply held belief in the ancient, inherent wisdom of our bodies combined with the art of making informed and conscious choices.
