My curriculum aims to educate couples using a physiologic/athletic approach to labor balanced with nurturing the emotional process of feeling comfortable and safe enough to give birth. My Doula Services are centered within my deeply held belief in the ancient, inherent wisdom of our bodies combined with the art of making informed and conscious choices.

Birth Without Violence, Leboyer Interview PART ONE, New Earth Records
The film this video is advertising, Birth Without Violence by Frederick Leboyer, is far and away one of my favorite video's to show families preparing for childbirth. This excerpt is an interview with Leboyer himself. He is a Swiss Obstetrician and Birth Advocate. I have TREMENDOUS respect for this man, he puts into words so much that I deeply believe about labor and birth, with deep respect for women, great kindness and abiding wisdom.
