I currently have 2 classes scheduled for July.  One is a comprehensive 9 week childbirth education course, designed for couples who can dedicate time weekly to plan and prepare for one of the most important experiences of your lives.  The other class is a one day CRASH COURSE POWER SESSION, where I will wring as much information out of my brain and into your birth plan as I can in a one time 5 hour session.  It is intended for those of you who are unable to dedicate time weekly to preparation, but know enough to know that you don't know enough!
Let me help you be calm, relaxed, welcoming of your labor.  Let me teach you how to best work together with your birth partner, doula or spouse, to achieve the experience you want......or advocate for yourselves if there is a deviation from the path you wanted to follow.
