If you scroll down you will find a few class/student reviews, and some curriculum reviews (written by families who used the workbook independently). A copy of the workbook is also available in the lobby at the Eastside Birth Center for you to browse. If the class is unmanageable for your family, you may also purchase a copy of the workbook at the Birth Center, the cost is $15.
We have a great time in the classroom, mixing conversation with relevant activities, Q & A with some visual presentations. It really is an informative, bonding, casual, empowering experience and I hope to have the opportunity to work with you as you prepare for this incredible metamorphosis in your life.
